What to expect from her Healing Touch sessions?
The first session involves an assessment in addition to the proper Healing Touch session. Tamara will
ask a series of questions about your physical, mental, and emotional situation, and will answer questions about Healing Touch. Then you lie fully clothed on
a massage table while Tamara gently places her hands slightly above or on the body. The session generally lasts 40 to 60 minutes and can be done in person or
virtual, respecting the same sequences both ways. The benefits are the same in person or virtual. People frequently report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful
during and after the session. Because there may be a cumulative effect of using Healing Touch over time, regular sessions are recommended.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)Energy Tapping is a simple process of stimulating 13 acupressure points of the various Energetic
Meridians with your fingertips while focusing your mind on stressful, traumatic events or pain. This re-trains your body to respond with calm, rather than stress,
to negative experiences. EFT Energy reduces stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Neuroscience studies demonstrate that EFT rapidly calms the brain's emotional
centers and takes your body out of fight-flight mode.
Thought Field Therapy or TFT is about tapping on the acupoints of the energetic meridians of the body
in particular sequences, facilitating relieving depression, anxiety, addictions, and other mental health problems.
The Difference Between TFT Energy and EFT:
TFT Energy, tapping points and sequences are based on which specific emotion the client is feeling at the moment. In EFT, the same generalized sequence for
tapping points is used to re-train your body to respond with calm, rather than stress, to negative experiences. TFT relies on the client thinking about their
issue while EFT has them say a specific phrase out loud. Tamara's training allows her to use these techniques together for best results.
As a Meditation teacher, Tamara teaches individual and group meditations. From deep relaxation, imagery, mindfulness to advanced spiritual meditations. She
supports and guides students and clients into deepening their own personal meditation practice through sharing meditation techniques,
benefits, and practices with them.
